Coronavirus - COVID-19

Out of an abundance of caution, and following the recommendations (and a directed congregational /religious houses of worship request) by Governor Wolf, as well as actions of many other Quaker meetings in our area, Upper Dublin Friends (Quaker) Meeting has decided to cancel Meeting for Worship for the forseeable future.

In the interim, we are hosting Meeting for Worship in Zoom on Sundays at 10AM and
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7PM.

Please join us to "silence the noise of the world".  We are in a time of Message Overload, between Instagram, Facebook,  emails, tweets, and all of those are before we have turned on a radio or television.  We are "meeting" in Zoom.  If you would like to join us, send an email to  We will send you the log-in details.

All of that being said, our primary concern is for the physical health and wellbeing of our community, our "village", our Friends.  This concern is equally extended to fellow local residents; county residents; and to the state, country, and world.

We are closely monitoring the situation in Montgomery County, as well as Philadelphia and neighboring counties.  As new information becomes available, we will determine future openings/closings.

Please do follow all recommended guidelines put out by the CDC as well as information put out by the State of PA

Check back frequently for updates about decisions specific to Upper Dublin Friends Meeting.

There are many other cancellations around the Quaker communities, so please check the PYM site, the Abington Quarter site, and the individual Monthly Meeting's site for updates.

Be safe, be well.

In Friendship,
Upper Dublin (Quaker) Friends Meeting
